If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase products from Nutrivaze Labs.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Nutrivaze Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nutrivaze Labs products are supplied as research materials and are not represented as drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or products intended for human or veterinary administration.
The purchase of a Nutrivaze Labs product does not constitute authorization to use that product for any purpose inconsistent with its Research Use Only designation.
2. Purchaser Representations
By purchasing products from Nutrivaze Labs, you represent and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You understand that the products are sold strictly for research purposes.
- You will not use or administer the products to humans or animals.
- You will not use the products for consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic purposes.
- You possess sufficient knowledge, facilities, equipment, and procedures appropriate to safely handle the research materials you purchase.
- You are responsible for determining whether your acquisition, possession, handling, storage, and use of the products comply with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and laboratory standards.
- You accept responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and lawful research use of the products after delivery.
Nutrivaze Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that a product may be purchased or used for a purpose inconsistent with these Terms.
3. Product Information
Nutrivaze Labs makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning the identity, specifications, analytical characteristics, and research context of products offered through the Website.
Product descriptions and scientific information are provided for identification, educational, and research-reference purposes.
Discussion of biological pathways, molecular mechanisms, experimental findings, scientific literature, or areas in which a compound has been investigated does not constitute a recommendation or representation regarding human or veterinary use.
Scientific knowledge changes over time, and Nutrivaze Labs may update product information as appropriate.
4. Certificates of Analysis
Nutrivaze Labs provides a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every product and batch.
Depending on the research material and analytical methods used, a COA may contain information regarding product identity, purity, testing methodology, batch identification, and other applicable analytical characteristics.
Analytical documentation describes the characteristics of the tested research material under the applicable analytical conditions.
A COA does not constitute a representation regarding therapeutic effectiveness, safety for human or veterinary administration, or suitability for any purpose outside laboratory research.
Researchers are responsible for determining whether the specifications of a particular material are appropriate for their experimental requirements.
5. No Medical Advice
Nothing available through Nutrivaze Labs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a recommendation concerning human or animal health.
Nutrivaze Labs does not provide human dosing instructions, administration protocols, treatment recommendations, or instructions for personal use.
Scientific information appearing on the Website should not be interpreted as instructions for human or veterinary administration.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order by Nutrivaze Labs.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel orders because of:
- Product availability.
- Payment or billing issues.
- Suspected fraud.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Shipping restrictions.
- Suspected violation of these Terms.
- Suspected use inconsistent with a product’s Research Use Only designation.
- Other circumstances reasonably requiring cancellation.
If an order is canceled after payment but before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our policies and payment-processing requirements.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice.
Nutrivaze Labs makes reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors and, where appropriate, cancel an affected order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are subject to the Nutrivaze Labs Shipping, Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Estimated fulfillment and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, transportation and tracking operations are performed by that carrier. Weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside the control of Nutrivaze Labs may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, incorrect products, lost shipments, and related order issues are governed by the Nutrivaze Labs Shipping, Refund & Return Policy.
Because our products are specialized research materials, opened, used, unsealed, altered, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised products generally cannot be returned.
Customers should contact Nutrivaze Labs before attempting to return any product.
10. Product Handling and Storage
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and following applicable product-specific storage information and appropriate laboratory handling procedures.
Research materials may possess characteristics requiring specialized storage, handling, equipment, or laboratory precautions.
Nutrivaze Labs is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, alteration, or other changes occurring because of improper storage, handling, preparation, or use after delivery.
11. Experimental Results
Nutrivaze Labs does not guarantee any particular experimental outcome.
Research results may vary depending on experimental design, methodology, equipment, storage, handling, preparation, environmental conditions, analytical procedures, and other variables.
References to experimental findings reported in scientific literature do not constitute a guarantee that those findings will be reproduced in another laboratory or experimental system.
12. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information when necessary.
You should notify Nutrivaze Labs promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, misuse, violations of these Terms, or conduct reasonably believed to create legal, security, or operational risks.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website or Nutrivaze Labs products:
- For human or veterinary administration.
- For consumption.
- For unlawful purposes.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nutrivaze Labs does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely current.
No information provided through the Website creates a warranty regarding experimental results or suitability of a research material for a particular experimental design unless expressly stated in writing by Nutrivaze Labs.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
